Please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your EZVIZ account and enter the "Settings" page of your device.
- Scroll down to find and enter "CloudPlay".
- Tap the 3 dots on the top right to enter the "Manage" page.
- Click "Enter Card Activation Code" or "Cloud Card Activation".
